Comfortable and clean room with welcoming staff.

Comfortable room with good shower. Welcoming and efficient staff. Easy parking and close to town centre. A Leclerc supermarket is next to the hotel which is handy.

Area rather dismal and noisy kids in the evening admittedly outside the hotel’s control. Only 2 towels, no hand towel provided, and no plugs around the room (all available from one cube on the desk) and no USB ports.

Good breakfast, very decent selection.

Absolutely desperate to park in the hotel car park. If you don't arrive on time, it's a big problem.Although I asked for the possibility to reserve a parking space when booking my stay, of course as a paid service, I was unfortunately not granted. Too bad, I would take such a service for granted nowadays.

Everything was as expected. Good position, very comfortable bed, good breakfast and very pleasant staff.

We opted for the meal deal when we booked, but when we came to the evening meal, there was only one set menu which was not very appetising. There was no choice of any of the courses and we ended up having to opt for the a la carte menu. We are not sure that full credit was given against the cost of the evening meal which we settled when we left the hotel.

A great place to stay if stopping overnight or staying to visit

What a marvellous find. Unpreposing from the outside the interior has been decorated with a musical theme. Very close to the town centre with easy access to main roads, perfect for our stop en route to the channel from the South. The restaurant was excellent for a light dinner although breakfast was a touch disappointing. Quiet

A good location for the centre of the town. Incredibly helpful and connected reception team, who made me feel valued and welcomed. Comfortable and clean, even if a bit overpriced for what it was.

Greay hotel certainly one of the best Ibis we have used.

Reception staff very helpful finding us a parking space. Our room key wouldn't work no trouble for staff to come change batteries. The room was clean as was bathroom. Breakfast was very good plenty of choice constantly topped up. Coffee good. Short walk into the town so fairly close to bars and restaurants - although we were there on a Monday not a good day for restaurants. The one we did find was good.
